Six months prior to putting the house on the market, she went through the house with us and gave us tips on how to stage the house. She recommended an inspector who did a pre-inspection for us, so we knew the price we put on the house would hold through the inspection process. She priced the house fairly, showing us the comparable homes that supported her recommended price. We had multiple showings immediately and had a signed contract within a few weeks. Our buyers were from out of state and had trouble with their buyer's buyer, but Michelle took on each problem as it arose and negotiated for us throughout the difficulties. In the end, we got the price we wanted and closed the deal.”

We found our perfect multi-generational home on Constance Dr and couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The market was brutal with low inventory and bidding wars everywhere, but Michelle really listened to what we needed (two kitchens, two living rooms, great common spaces) and moved fast when the right place came up. Michelle was fantastic from start to finish. She was very helpful with every step in the process. If you are a parent of a USD student or potential future USD student and looking for a house for your child Michelle is your realtor. She is also very helpful with area contractors if you need a couple projects done on your house. I could not have been happier. As a long time resident and USD grad, Michelle knows the market. She probably knows every owner or tenant of every house in town. As an attorney, I usually ask every realtor I've worked with lots of questions. Michelle is very impressive and knowledgeable.
